Laravel 7.11 Released

Laravel's team released v7.11.0 with email Unicode verification.

FILTER_FLAG_EMAIL_UNICODE support

@mpywFILTER_FLAG_EMAIL_UNICODE contributed to e-mail verification. This is useful for allowing unicode in the local part of the email, but not in the domain name section:

$request->validate.'
'email' => 'email:filter_unicode'
]);

Note: email:filter he no longer allows Unicode in both the local and domain sections, but email:rfcHe's letting me.
